The section about foreign policy doesn't summarise Laschet's views, rather it is merely a summary of Noah Barkin's criticisms about Laschet's views. This isn't helped by the fact that Noah Barkin is a fellow of the German Marshall Fund of the United States, a think-tank that examines foreign policy on the basis of an extremely US-centric perspective.
In the interest of neutrality, I think it would be best to re-write it in a more objective tone. If criticism is to be named, it should be criticism that is of a high relevance within the German political system -- for example, what do other German parties or politicians criticise in the context of the Bundestagswahl 2021. There are so many think-tanks in the world that no matter what position a politician holds, you will always find some commentator criticising it.
