This nomination lacks inline citations for many paragraphs and even sections, including some statistics; it will need to be more thoroughly sourced before reaching GA. It also appears that some statements in the lead aren't supported in the body of the article, and that the lead doesn't provide a thorough summary of the article's body.

Another editor proposed that this be quickfailed, and I agree. As a result, I'm closing this review for now, but do feel free to renominate when these issues have been addressed. Thanks to everyone who's worked on this one. -- Khazar2 (talk) 01:55, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
