Talk:Aronson's sequence

Since the word "letter" has two "t", shouldn't the number 28 be in the sequence as well as 29?

The word "letter" appears in the sentence in an infinite position, after all the numbers, not anywhere close to position 28. (That is, there is one infinite sentence, not a sequence of finite sentences.) —David Eppstein (talk) 18:35, 18 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

autograms

edit

Aronson's sequence is not an autogram since the underlying sentence does not inventory any of its letters other than T. And even in that case, the number of T's is not specified--only the positions of the T's is mentioned.--Foobarnix (talk) 15:37, 16 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
