@Markussep:, what is the use of numbering the communes? Are the communes ranked? Do they form a sequence? Or are the numbers there only so that the reader can say to themself “Yes, by gum, there really are 151 of them”? —Tamfang (talk) 05:52, 3 October 2019 (UTC)

The latter. To me it's useful, so I can check whether we're missing a commune in the list, or we missed a local government reform (they come frequently the past years). Markussep ^Talk 07:13, 3 October 2019 (UTC)
