Art Kane's date of death

edit

Your article on photographer Art Kane says he died on Feb. 3, 1995. But the New York Times obituary, dated Feb. 24, 1995, a Friday—

http://www.nytimes.com/1995/02/24/obituaries/art-kane-69-photographer-of-jazz-stars.html

—says he was found dead the preceding Tuesday, which was Feb. 21. I did not change the date because I thought the writer of the Wiki article might have had some other source. But this discrepancy should be investigated. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nixxnutz (talkcontribs) 16:59, 30 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

You are invited to join the discussion at Talk:A Great Day in Harlem (picture)#Article name. What is the actual name of this photograph (if, indeed, it has a name)? Thanks. Gyrofrog (talk) 15:38, 15 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

This link should probably be removed: Art Directors Club biography, portrait, and images of Kane's work It actually takes you here: https://www.oneclub.org/?page_id=3629, something that appears totally unrelated to Art Kane. Rosko932 (talk) 15:35, 9 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
