People Magazine notes how his alleged assault victim was "presumably" Nikki Bella

edit

Source specifically says "it is not confirmed, but given the charge, Chigvinstev's wife Nikki Garcia (formerly Nikki Bella) is presumably the spouse in question." It is very accurate to his domestic violence assault victim was presumably Bella, who is in fact Chigvintsev's spouse. Chigvintsev was charged with domestic violence which involved corporal injury against a spouse.[1]Speakfor23 (talk) 05:10, 30 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

It's California Penal Code Section 273.5(a) PC makes it illegal to injure a spouse, cohabitant or fellow parent in an act of domestic violence. This offense is also referred to as domestic abuse, domestic violence, or corporal injury to a spouse. The victim has requested privacy. Darrelljon (talk) 08:40, 30 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
