I think the page should be moved to Arthur Capell, 1st Baron Capell of Hadham, as that is, according to Cockayne's and Debrett's, the proper name of the title. The territorial designation starts after the comma, which is placed AFTER Hadham. Also, the name is spelt Capell, with two 'l's Cicera (talk) 22:07, 7 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
