Article needs to be broken into sections before a higher class rating is given. Maybe a section on "Early life", "Education", "Career", and "Later years" etc. Pknkly (talk) 23:26, 11 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
It looks like this article is basically copied from the Biographical Directory of the US Congress website. More citations needed and the article needs to be re-written in parts to remove the plagiarism.
