About the "Not Available in Stores" Phrase

Okay, this is getting VERY VERY confusing. Wherever I see and listen to a message "Not Available in Stores", they are in stores when I look at! Will you PLEASE tell me what's making me confusing?  PNiddy  Go!  0 15:46, 8 August 2007 (UTC)

Please discuss this at Wikipedia:Reference desk/Miscellaneous.--Editor510 drop us a line, mate 09:25, 24 July 2010 (UTC)

AfD closure

Hello. I have closed the AfD nomination as a "keep". However, that doesn't mean the article couldn't or shouldn't be merged. If a user still thinks this article should be merged, you can always do it the normal way. Just because an AfD result was not a "merge" doesn't mean you can't merge it the normal way. Add {{merge}} if you feel it shoulf be merged, discuss it, and everybody wins. The article is kept, and merged. Thanks, RyRy (talk) 08:06, 1 July 2008 (UTC)

I was going to propose a merge here, since I believe there was consensus in the AfD to merge rather than just keep, but there's nothing sourced here except one line about prominent direct marketing companies. I'm proposing a simple redirect to direct marketing instead. Any objections? Delicious carbuncle (talk) 13:57, 1 July 2008 (UTC)
I consider most of the article informative and correct on its face, even if uncited for the most part. The last paragraph has the most interesting and specific assertions, but is also in the greatest need of citations. However, the need for additional referencing does not mean that an article should be overwritten with a redirect. I'd be open to an actual {{mergeto}} or {{mergefrom}} a related subject, provided the content was retained.--Father Goose (talk) 20:44, 2 July 2008 (UTC)

As Seen On TV globalising

ASOTV is not specific to America, it is also found in the UK and other areas. I think this should be changed.--Editor510 drop us a line, mate 09:23, 24 July 2010 (UTC)

I agree with this. I see As Seen on TV! on posters all the time. Reggae-Reggae Sauce did this at one point, too. Kookas (talk) 22:17, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
