  • You have the tendency to use the word "vis-à-vis" quite a lot. This word is not used much in English speech, in fact I cannot recall ever hearing anybody say it. It is more common to say something was "adjacent to" , "directly opposite" or the english words face to face rather than the french saying.. Dr. Blofeld White cat 12:05, 3 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
