Yes, it does seem a bit ridiculous, doesn't it.. especially since the verifiability rules say 'it is only necessary to provide references for material that is likely to be challenged'. I don't think a statement like 'Ashtown is situated on the Royal Canal' falls into that category. Robofish (talk) 04:28, 20 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
