Garbled sentence
editUnder "Characteristics", this is sentence seems to have become scrambled:
> Its colours and, though the general background colour of the skin on the body's upper surface is very lightly coloured. Benklaasen (talk) 09:31, 14 June 2022 (UTC)
- It was introduced in 2019 with this edit, which moved and edited some text from this old version of wildcat. Part got lost in the rephrasing for this article.
"The Asiatic wildcat's coat is lighter, less dense and shorter than the European wildcat's. Its tail appears much thinner, as the hairs there are shorter, and more close-fitting. Its colours and patterns vary greatly, though the general background colour of the skin on the body's upper surface is very lightly coloured."
- I'm not sure how to rephrase this without the comparison. @BhagyaMani:. — Jts1882 | talk 10:08, 14 June 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks for your note! I revised this : yes, it's both the colour AND the pattern that vary from one individual to the other. -- BhagyaMani (talk) 12:59, 14 June 2022 (UTC)

- I do not even find the word "warbler" in that book. --NGC 54 (talk|contribs) 20:25, 4 May 2024 (UTC)
- I did. If you can't see, then I recommend you read above page. BhagyaMani (talk) 07:15, 5 May 2024 (UTC)
- It's on p476. The red-tailed warbler is North American, but there is an editors note saying "Identity not clear, probably Agrobates galactotes—Sci Ed.", which is now Cercotrichas galactotes (Rufous-tailed scrub robin). — Jts1882 | talk 14:29, 5 May 2024 (UTC)
