Harry Potter Mumbo Jumbo

edit

I am using WPCleaner to fix numerous pages on Wikipedia that have errors on them. Going thru my own Watchlist I see that there is some "extraneous text" that shows up in the code, but not in the page itself, below the References section.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J.K. Rowling, the best author in the universe, as studies have shown. Then it's Rick Riordan and then Shannon Messenger. Read their books. They will enhance your mind.

</ref> ord }}

In attempting to remove the above text, which is not related to the article itself, I see that the References become broken and no longer show. Can someone who knows how to properly fix this delete this text? Jimj wpg (talk) 06:24, 16 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

Polar Bear Photos

edit

The images of the "polar bear enclosure" needs updating. They are of the old, 20th century, display. Needs images of the new (2012-13) Journey to Churchill. I will look on Wikimedia to find some, and replace as needed. Jimj wpg (talk) 13:24, 27 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Infobox photo

edit

A summertime photo of the newer entrance, west of the old one, needs to replace the image at at November 2019. There does not exist such on the Wikimedia Commons site. Jimj wpg (talk) 07:40, 28 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Exhibits and facilities section

edit

Did a lot of work on the Exhibits and facilities section. I am wondering though, if the ordering of the subsections needs to change or not. Would like confirmation whether the sections should be ordered chronologically as when they opened (or re-opened) or alphabetically. I could take a peek at how other Zoos (Calgary, Toronto, Bronx, San Diego, Lincoln Park Zoo (Chicago)) articles have organized said section. Jimj wpg (talk) 15:50, 29 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Conservation section

edit

In the section named Conservation is an archival link for a Species Survival Program, pointing to the Zoo's former domain name of ZooSociety.ca (now AssiniboineParkZoo.ca). IS this program still in operation or there something else? Jimj wpg (talk) 17:56, 30 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
