I think the title should be renamed "Asylbek Jeyenbekov" because in his Kyrgyz name Асылбек Жеенбеков, the е after a vowel is pronounced /je/, so the name is roughly pronounced /ɑsɯɫˈbek d͡ʒejenbeˈqov/ (at least that's what I think). This provides a better accuracy of the pronunciation of the name. With "Asylbek Jêênbekov" as the current title of thr article, English readers may pronounce his name as “Jeenbekov (without the y), which is incorrect.
