Cleanup
editThis disambiguation page was marked for cleanup per WP:SU. I removed the following entries per MoS:DAB#Examples of individual entries that should not be created (if someone wants to include them on the dab page anyway, they should be listed in the see also section):
- Atlantic Alliance, another name for NATO
- Atlantic Coast Conference, an NCAA athletics conference
- North Atlantic Refining Company, an oil company based in Newfoundland and Labrador
- Atlantic is dumb!!!!...no one cares about it!!!-OK!(LCMS) in the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod
- Atlantic Revolutions, included the American and French Revolutions
- Atlantic Wall, a World War II fortification
I removed the following entries for not being able to establish notability:
- Atlantic, a Swiss watch manufacturer
Cleanup round 2!
editI've done a bunch more cleanup, as this page was tagged for needed it. Similar to above, I removed a number of entries that by the Manual of Style should not be included, or that really weren't regularly referred to as "Atlantic".
