Contested deletion

This article should be merged with the existing one, as i have not intentionally created duplicate page. This was an "accident". Two hours ago, i have already posted a request at https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:MobileDiff/964251592 for the same. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 14:32, 24 June 2020 (UTC)

TheBirdsShedTears, I've declined the speedy deletion request and replaced it with a {{merge}} tag, as even if there was nothing at this article worth merging it would still be better to keep this page as a redirect rather than deleting it. @Rosguill:, I tried a lot to read and find the technical guide of "merging", however i failed to do so. My "merging knowledge" is very poor and don't know how things work on Wikipedia when it comes to technical issues. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 17:46, 24 June 2020 (UTC)

You should merge to whichever article seems like the WP:COMMONNAME based on coverage in English-language reliable sources. Scanning the titles of references in both articles, it looks like Muhammad is the more common spelling, but you should examine it a bit more carefully. _signed, Rosguill ^talk 18:09, 24 June 2020 (UTC)
