Potential ban circumvention
editEven though I think that the person meets the notability requirements, I have concerns because of the creation history. I looked at the log history for this page. I noticed that this page was created by an IP very soon after the page was deleted for being created by a banned editor. [1]. The editor was banned for "Abusing multiple accounts and likely undisclosed paid editing in violation of the WMF terms of use: Please see Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Thaiboy43" per [2]
