This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... Please I created this article, because there was a red link for creation on the page List of banks in Africa and almost all listed banks are described in articles. So either this bank should not be on this list or its article has encyclopedic importance. Please banks are very important institutions and articles about them are usually very useful. Thank you.
