I'm not sure if U. S. States should or shouldn't be wikilinked. For example, in this article, the state of Texas is wikilinked, and while MOS:OVERLINK doesn't explicitly say anything about states, it seems like states would be something that shouldn't be linked, as everyone knows about U.
