editI have decided to remove the prod on this one as it does appear that there is a relationship between these two countries that is notable enough to justify an article. Here are links to show why I decided to rm the prod.

The cultural ties section warrants some expansion. As Australia has about 48% recent immigrants, from more than 150 countries (ref: top of head) it seems appropriate to have mentions of relations with all the countries these citizens came from.
