COI => Refimprove

It isn't obvious who is being accused of having a CoI, but it seems to be MarthaAnsara. Based on what she wrote at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:MarthaAnsara#Australian_Directors_Guild the COI tag seems inappropriate.
