The Hapsburg dynasty ruled over the Netherlands from the time of the 1477 marriage of Mary of Burgundy to Maximilian of Austria -- in later years (down to the Napoleonic wars) only the southern or "Spanish" Netherlands. AnonMoos (talk) 18:24, 9 April 2024 (UTC)
