With the removal of the (indeed off-topic) vendor info I also lost some references. Here is the removed text.
Skybot software, founded in 2010, is a spin-off from Help/Systems, an IBM i-series tooling vendor [1], when they decided to make the 25-year old IBM-bound scheduler suitable for other platforms. In 2011 they aquired the Britisch Open Systems Management [2], adding a large customer base.
