Ancient translations
editOk, just so everyone is clear the following which I submitted:
- This is an error on the writers' part, the Ancient writings in Glastonbury read exactly what they were translated into in English when for example "The Universe is infinite" should have read Universum est infinitus then Daniel would have known what this means then he would have understood it but it just said The universe is infinte which is wrong because that would mean the Ancients wrote in English but just decided to use their alphabet instead.
- The text under Mitchell's numerical puzzle read Reflect one eight fold path, however, he was only able to describe the first word (Reflect) to Daniel. The following was translated using the full Ancient alphabet.
Is 100% accurate because I managed to get the Ancient font off the web and using screen caps and DVD's and a Latin translation program, I managed to decipher them accurately so please don't remove them.

I know this might sound stupid from me, but if I remember correct Latin uses Subject-Object-Verb order, so shouldn't it be Universum infinitus est? (infinitus is not the object, I know) btw, how do I make it so that my name and the time will be posted automatically?

I don't know, I used a translation program and that's what it gave me. Anyway, to make your name and date appear, type 4 tildes (~) in a row without spaces
Numbers?
editIn which year the cavern was constructed by the ancients? How those numerals in the puzzle could be there? These are recent inventions...
Centralized TV Episode Discussion
editOver the past months, TV episodes have been redirected by (to name a couple) TTN, Eusebeus and others. No centralized discussion has taken place, so I'm asking everyone who has been involved in this issue to voice their opinions here in this centralized spot, be they pro or anti. Discussion is here [1]. --Maniwar (talk) 01:03, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Sg1-s09e01-0.jpg
editImage:Sg1-s09e01-0.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Origin
editShouldn't the episode Origin be at least mentioned here? Although it's not "officially" Avalon, Pt 3, it sure feels like a conclusion of this multipart episode. Plus, on the List of Stargate SG-1 episodes it's printed in bold face, indicating it being part of a multipart episode. -- Tauriel (talk) 15:05, 5 April 2022 (UTC)
