For example, the article claims that New Urbanism is "popular". Maybe it is. But we need a citation for that fact, or (since it is really an opinion) either leave it out or state it in the form of "According to XXX New Urbanism is popular". Note that web pages created by the owners association or the management company of the community are not really eliable neutral sources. Ideally we can point to some independent reliable source, such as a local newspaper.
