How come Axel Rappe was not a member of parliament when he was Minister for War? And where in NF does it say that he wasn't? – Elisson • T • C • 07:59, 8 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
A member of the government was appointed by the prime minister (and the king) whereas members of the parliament are and where elected by the people allowed to vote. Thus - you don't and didn't have to be an MP to be qualified for Ministerial offices. If he had been elected an MP, NF would have mentioned it, but they don't.
