Talk:Ayn Ghazal (archaeological site)
Far from done, but I gotta get some sleep. The date is March 4th 2006, will do some updating tomorrow, including just a little more archaeological history info and a reference of sources. More to come of course, but I've got to set realistic goals to start. Leave any criticisms or whatever here.
The statues are interesting and unique. I would like to know more about them, and some pictures would be great. Why are some of them two headed?

What does BP stand for
editIn the first section the following sentence: "Phase I starts circa 10,300 BP and ends c. 9,950 BP, while phase II ends c. 9,550 BP." BP is used as time units, what does BP stand for? I have never seen it before, I suspect other readers are in the same position. --85.230.176.248 (talk) 16:54, 25 June 2017 (UTC)
- There's an article for that: Before Present. Hope that begins to answer your question and others who see it. I don't know anything except what's on that page, and not that well. --Triplingual (talk) 00:59, 19 June 2018 (UTC)
