There have been two (in fact, even more) different newspapers named "Azerbaijan":

The preamble of this article pertains to the modern newspaper, but its content explains the history of the earlier newspaper. From the template, it appears that when the article was written, the modern "Azerbaijan" newspaper was considered as a continuation or a restored version of the earlier newspaper. However, these newspapers were official press organs of different governments at different periods. Each of these newspapers has been individually researched, is the subject of sources, and has been covered separately. The only similarity is their name. Therefore, each should have its own separate article: one titled "Azerbaijan (newspaper, 1992)" and the other "Azerbaijan (newspaper, 1918)."
