- I don't really see how consistency covers this or how anyone could think these were cities. In ictu oculi (talk) 17:21, 24 March 2017 (UTC)
- I'll support per WP:CONSISTENCY; we don't want readers to think these are city districts/suburbs, it would be doing them a disservice. For example, Bình Thủy District is about an urban district. Laurdecl talk 08:02, 27 March 2017 (UTC)
