This page should not be speedily deleted because... (your reason here) --Vv.chernov (talk) 07:27, 22 July 2013 (UTC) Wikipedia doesn't have any mention about this great building in Ukraine, so I think it's really important to leave this article on Wiki till someone will rewrite it in more encyclopedic style.

Only a wellbluntly-promoted apartment block

From what I know from local media, the "innovation" project is merely a front for developing the precious land with luxury residential buildings. There were allegations that the "innovative" part is yet to be seen on the blueprints and loan documents.

I'd suggest treating this article as either scandal or commercial promo. Either way, the subject is not yet notable enough for English Wikipedia. Ukrained2012 (talk) 20:28, 19 August 2013 (UTC)

Turns out that the whole text is based on either developer's claims or the state-funded unpopular newspaper. No reliable business media cited Ukrained2012 (talk) 20:37, 19 August 2013 (UTC)
