BLITS Satellite scheme.gif is not completely correct

Wrong refractive index
editThe outer uncoated hemisphere should be 1.47, not 1.76. Moreover, the term is refractive index or index of refraction, not refraction index. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.141.172.127 (talk) 21:51, 18 December 2018 (UTC)
