I've moved this page from Baltijos laivų statykla to "Baltija Shipbuilding Yard" as per Wikipedia:Manual of Style#Article titles. This suggests we "should prefer what the greatest number of English speakers would most easily recognize", while this has "Use the most commonly used English version of the name". So I have.
