Talk:BMW 550i

Latest comment: 17 years ago by Thisisbossi

How is this speed what ever it says. it is talking about the facts of the BMW 550i series nothing more. it only says that it is more faster then mustage GT which is true. i checked it out my self. i think we should keep this page up. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Alexey61 (talkcontribs) 02:18, 10 January 2007 (UTC).Reply

Slow down, mate, it hasn't even been nominated for deletion; no need to be defending it (yet)! --Thisisbossi 04:31, 10 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
Ah, young alexey is responding to an earlier speedy deletion tag that was placed on the article because he'd ripped it entirely from the BMW website. -Taco325i 04:33, 10 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
Gotcha. I think the article is definitely workable -- there are plenty of vehicle models with their own pages. I'll likely stop editing this tonight, though -- I just wanted to try and fix it up somewhat. I am going to move this and the 530i article from "Bmw" to "BMW" to conform with other BMW articles. --Thisisbossi 04:52, 10 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

ok i got the information about how fast and etc from the Broshor or how ever you spell it and the website. i cant find any pictures but i am sure that i will be looking at the BMW M5 for more ideas. thanks Crazychink 20:18, 10 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

You can add nearly anything you want, but be sure to keep it encyclopedic. Much of your edits sound more like an advertisement, which would make sense if you are copying over from a brochure; and also beware plagiarism. Also, it would be very helpful if you would please run your edits through grammar and spellcheck before you click on the Submit button. --Thisisbossi 08:51, 14 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

the SOS thing

edit

it doesn't call any BMW dealership. it doesn't even call BMW. it calls a company that handles calls for both BMW and mercedes. -Taco325i 04:39, 10 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

I had a feeling it would be something more like that. Thanks for the info. --Thisisbossi 04:52, 10 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

I recommend checking the BMW M5 article for ideas with how this article could be modified. Note their entries into the infobox, as well. Cheers! --Thisisbossi 04:52, 10 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
