I also posted something similar in the spanish counterpart, but why is this article even here? It's not really about the locality (a small, rural 6 thousand people place), it's entire existance hinges on the notability of drug lords and criminals that spawned in these streets, this article barely even covers anything about the town beyond the notable drug lords that came from here.
