[edit]It's very strange that this page doesn't mention that the Bale messenger app has been flagged as a state surveillance tool by multiple outlets, e.g. https://www.techradar.com/vpn/vpn-privacy-security/iran-encourages-citizens-to-use-a-messaging-app-previously-flagged-as-a-state-surveillance-tool
The app send unencrypted data over the network and likely steals personal information.
Not mentioning this could cause people to install malware on their devices.
