editHOW TO INCREASE THROUGHPUT OF BALLMILL?
agreed; we need some sort of scientific calculations that can be preformed for the optimum results from a ball mill. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 168.28.180.30 (talk) 18:58, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
Vandalism?
editRubber balls used in a grinding mill. It would seem to make no sense. If it's true it should have a citation and/or some kind of explanation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 49.49.175.95 (talk) 07:17, 21 June 2015 (UTC)
- It's a real thing. A search at Google Books for "ball mill" "rubber balls" found various results having to do with grinding and blending explosives. I added one of them as a citation. — ¾-10 15:23, 21 June 2015 (UTC)
- The citation only mentions blending which is not mentioned in the intro as something that ball mills are for.
- I fixed the lede. Other books in those search results mention grinding in addition to blending. Feel free to add a second one as another reference. — ¾-10 18:08, 22 June 2015 (UTC)

Hi, anybody out here who would support the idea of adding an extra infobox to the article? Like the one on Mill (grinding) (where it is rather confusing, because there are lots of other images mills that might be on display). thank you for your time. Lotje (talk) 06:31, 3 January 2021 (UTC)
