baltic kittens
editthis article should be renamed to baltic kittens or just be deleted, Russia has now higher gdp per capita in 2011 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_past_and_future_GDP_(nominal)_per_capita than latvia and lithuana and is not far away from estonia, the unemployment is also a lot lower in russia than in all of the baltics and russia is a huge country. The main idea behind an economic tiger is that smaller countries get more devolved in their regions than bigger countries like in hongkong or south korea in comparison to china in the 70-90s. --Urukisa22 (talk) 13:11, 1 December 2011 (UTC)
