Things to be checked

I'm just a layman but while reading this article I came across some things I'm 90% sure are accidental mistakes.

• The first sentence in The Dutch in the Baltic paragraph:

In the 1590s, Dutch trade began to spread further into the Mediterranean and surpass that of Lübeck and Hamburg.

I'm pretty sure it was supposed to be the Baltic.

• Also, the last sentence in Changing mercantilist policies paragraph:

The Dutch and the Norse began to trade directly with the English and French and avoided Amsterdam as a main trading port.
