editthere seem to be two contradictory statements in this short passage about "urban areas"
Box Bar Stadium
editThis redirect has now been pointed to the city of Banjul, as it was mentioned that the stadium was pointing to the wrong stadium ([[Stade Brikama]]) in the wrong city[1]. If this is incorrect, please fix the redirect again or expand the article. -- nae'blis 15:55, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
The British didn't "found" this city
editIt was already there. Can we change this? Western scholarship cities such as Dakar, Banjul (Bathhurst), Abidjan, Conakry and others were assumed to be creations of western colonizers. However, though they were transformed in both negative and positive ways by colonization, these cities predate colonization as did many of the economic and institutional patters found in Africa.

Banjul seen from SPOT satellite, 2x
editThere are two same picture comments: Banjul seen from SPOT satellite. Maybe the second one could be replaced with another description. Thank you in advance--Palapa (talk) 23:25, 20 June 2010 (UTC)
