One page or two?
editShouldn't this be two articles, one for B-R-K, the other for B-R-Q? They are homographs in English, but not the same word. The usual WP approach to this is not to merge the articles, but to disambiguate them. --Macrakis (talk) 21:23, 26 January 2015 (UTC)
- Agree - two articles is right. Greenshed (talk) 23:07, 15 March 2015 (UTC)
- It will be less than trivial to figure out which name is intended in the case of individuals who are called "Barak" (unless the Arabic or Hebrew spelling of their name is known). --dab (đł) 19:33, 20 April 2015 (UTC)
- never mind, it turns out the two Barack Obamas are pretty much the only people with the brq name Wikipedia is aware of, the reason being that it isn't really an "Arabic" name, it seems it's in a kind of broken Arabic, only given in sub-Saharan Africa. At least Obama and his father are the only examples we have so far. --dab (đł) 19:45, 20 April 2015 (UTC)
