The article urgenly needs cleanup. Some content is nonsense (Zanzibar was bever ruled by Germans, Marxism fear was not the reason for choosing Swahili); TUKI was never "purely academic"... And most of this section is without references, Kipala (talk) 15:43, 7 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
