Barcroft TV → Truly (show) – they no longer operate as barcroft TV. their youtube and rumble channels show up as truly as their new brand name. https://www.youtube.com/c/BarcroftTV/about shows info about them renaming their channel and shows up on rumble as https://rumble.com/c/Truly. same content on both. there is also this article that shows the relaunch https://www.televisual.com/news/barcroft-launch-new-ott-tv-doc-channel-truly/

Oppose name proposed. I don't see a naming convention used by Wikipedia:WikiProject YouTube, but I'd probably follow Crash Course (YouTube) and do Truly (YouTube). Gonnym (talk) 10:57, 3 May 2022 (UTC)

Oppose as proposed, but consider moving to something like Truly (news service). It's not just on YouTube, so including "YouTube" in the name might not be desirable. Don't use all-lowercase, per MOS:TM / WP:TITLETM. —⁠ ⁠BarrelProof (talk) 18:54, 4 May 2022 (UTC)

• Comment: This is why I asked. Because I wasn't sure how to rename it. So the general consensus so far is not as proposed. Which makes sense to me now. Since it is on multiple platforms, I also lean towards Truly (news service) as well now that I read the comments. How many of you would be okay that? I will be happy to close this proposal and re-request as Truly (news service) and see how many of you agree. I suggest to just let the discussion continue. And please, it should not use "News Service" with capital letters. Please see MOS:CAPS. But if it's not really for news, then it should be something else. I was just going by the opening sentence of the article, which currently says "Barcroft TV is a British news agency." Perhaps instead it should be something like "Truly (video channel)". —⁠ ⁠BarrelProof (talk) 14:57, 5 May 2022 (UTC)
