editI'm writing this mainly working from the Spanish-language Wikipedia article, which seems pretty comprehensive, although poorly cited. It's not all that well-organized, so I'm more using it as a source than simply translating it. - Jmabel | Talk 04:34, 7 July 2012 (UTC)
