Conscripts?
editWould "ratings" maybe be a better contrast to "officers" in the section about the crew? I understand that Norway has military conscription, but I presume that it's possible to volunteer for a longer career other than as an officer. STeamTraen (talk) 13:24, 25 July 2019 (UTC)
