Barrie Konicov's self hypnosis tapes included a popular relaxation and meditation tape that was widely bootlegged. The original recording most bootlegged was the 'Relieve Stress & Anxiety Master' recording. It included a suggestion to imagine filling yourself with a "warm orange liquid".
