"Charity readings"?
editI thought it was "Fiscal solvency"... AnonMoos 00:42, 1 April 2006 (UTC)
In 2030
editI have integrated most of the lines onto the synopsis. Please try figure out a way to integrate the rest of them, and maybe write down an ending at the synopsis. Cheers.--Kylohk 14:58, 20 May 2007 (UTC)
Sig Runes on Ned's glasses
editDuring this episode, Ned Flanders is wearing sunglasses and both glasses have the SS insignia on them. Both glasses have 2 S-symbols on them, like the Schutzstaffel symbol. Not just that, they are two white oblique Sig Runes on black, exactly like the symbol of the Nazi SS. (video source; 6:40) --82.171.70.54 (talk) 17:58, 1 August 2009 (UTC)

- Lede: Link animated
- Lede: Add television between animated and sitcom
- Lede: Link sitcom
- Lede: Only Fox should be linked, not network
- Lede: The reception → Reception to
- Plot: "some government job." needs to be referenced, because its a direct quote
- Actually, no it doesn't. Since this a quote from the episode and not an "external source" it doesn't need to be referenced. Theleftorium (talk) 16:26, 21 August 2012 (UTC)
- Production: Link 1999–2000 to US TV schedules
- Production: audio commentary is really a common term, WP:OVERLINK
- Release: Only Fox should be linked, not network
- Release: How can an episode get reception, get "reviews"
- Release: "which was met" was makes it sound funny. So, just remove, and it'll be fine.
- Release: and noted that Entertainment Weekly "rightly dubbed [it] the 'worst episode ever". Repetitive as already above. Just don't need to say what one critic said about another critic from EW.
- I think you might be missing the point here, it is the "rightly" part that is important. This critic also considers the episode to be the worst episode of the series. Theleftorium (talk) 16:26, 21 August 2012 (UTC)

Page view statistics
editFor reasons that should be obvious to even the most dimwitted individual who holds an advanced degree in hyperbolic topology, there has been considerable interest in this article lately, as one can see from comparisons in page views with other season 11 episodes, including the previous and next episodes and the season premiere and season finale. From Nov 9 to 12, views of Bart to the Future even eclipsed The Simpsons, sometimes by a substantial degree. Kudos to the editors who got it up to GA before the spike and the others who've updated it. It remains to be seen whether the views will subside. Ribbet32 (talk) 22:21, 4 February 2017 (UTC)
