The title is "Baseline Study", capitalised as if a proper noun, and hardly mentioned in the text. The lead sentence implies that the topic is an endeavor titled "Project Baseline", and that the initial phase is titled "Project Baseline Study". In a later section a "Project Baseline study" is described, confusing the issue further. As an informative article it fails to provide credible information due to this confusion. As it is apparently not a topic that interests me sufficiently to expend time fixing it, I suggest that if anyone cares enough to fix it they should go ahead and clarify what it should be called, and what it really is about, alternatively if the project, whatever it is really called, is not ongoing, maybe the article is not worth keeping. · · · Peter Southwood(talk): 13:41, 12 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
