This article doesn't give any specifics about what this protein actually does, or at least state that its function is unknown if that's the case. The article actually doesn't give many specifics in general. For instance the sentence "PSTPIP1 and NEK4 are regulatory proteins that help in the functionality of BZW2" does not explain how PSTPIP1/NEK4 regulate BZW2 or how this "helps" in the functionality of BZW2. There's also multiple sentences which say things like "BZW2 is conserved up to(?) bacteria" implying it's nearly ubiquitous but then later on there's a sentence stating that there are only orthologs found in "a couple species of bacteria" which imply that it's rarely found outside of eukaryotes. 2620:CC:8000:1419:0:0:0:AC7E (talk) 17:36, 3 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
