Moved Page

edit

I moved this page today because the standard form for these articles is TOWNSHIP NAME, COUNTY NAME, Ohio, e.g. Symmes Township, Hamilton County, Ohio. PedanticallySpeaking 16:22, Mar 29, 2005 (UTC)

Was it necessary to bring that story up again? haha --Zach 04:39, 7 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Akron and Fairlawn are not in Bath

edit

I had changed the wording saying that part of Akron and Fairlawn are in Bath to say that parts are in the former Bath. This got reverted. There is a good technical reason for my change. A village can be incorporated in Ohio but still be a part of the township it came from, or it can go through a legal procedure to be separate from it. Neither Akron or Fairlawn belong to Bath Township. Both cities annexed parts of the township, but neither of them are "located in Bath Township". --Beirne (talk) 04:10, 20 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
