editrestored links to Duracell, eveready, batteryholders.org deleted commercial links to www.abatteryholders.com —Preceding unsigned comment added by Turbotom1 (talk • contribs) 14:13, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
Dear Keyu Electronics, OK, first of all I spend several days writting the article. Second: You deleted the links to the history of battery companies which is directly tied to batteries and holders. Third: you deleted the history of battery holder patents and several links to reasearch pages about how to make a good design.
If you want to contibute something at least show some class and make a contribution less commercial. Dont link to product pages but to informative pages. What, When, How and why ? This is an encylopedia, why not write about testing your company has done, research results, test methods, design considerations or concerns. We could punch up the content in contact information as described below by me. Tom.
From Keyu, Wikipedia is a open wiki. If I won't change it. Someone also can change it.org is for company.Tricker.Give me a reasonable explain.

editA Work in progress and may take several weeks to complete.
It will add to the article if additional details about the relationship of contact forces, contact wiping action and/or details about good contact design.
Elements could include concepts like Metallic Electromigration, creep corrosion, tinn commandments, contact fretting and high conductivity using commercial contacts finishes.
Design of plastic housings: tips, formulas, areas of concern, problematic areas, etc.

editAdded links to battery holder articles published in electronic component magazines. The detailing in the articles provided the reader with greater depth of knowledge then the small amount of information published herein. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Turbotom1 (talk • contribs) 13:18, 19 March 2010 (UTC)

editThese aren't photos of real-world battery holders. These are photos from MPD promotional materials. (The white silkscreened "MPD" markings would cost too much for commodity battery holders like this.) This article would look less like an advertisement if the images were edited to remove the obvious brand advertising play. It might also avoid irritating competitors. (Disclaimer: I have purchased MPD products before, which is how I recognized the name and the disconnect from their actual products, as-sold.) --Tim McNerney (talk) 22:58, 26 July 2018 (UTC)
